Georgette S Hugger is a SEL Instructor and Practitioner. She is the owner of Hugger’s Guiding Light, LLC dba A Guiding Light. Georgette began her SEL journey in 2008 and has practiced it personally and professionally ever since. She possesses an M.S. in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Early Childhood and maintains one New York and three Florida Teacher Certificates in Primary, Elementary, and ESE Education. Georgette has 33 years of experience in Education. She taught PK4, Kindergarten, and First Grades; served as a K-6 Resource Room teacher, and as a Director of the Sylvan Learning Center in Jupiter, Florida. She has provided Social-Emotional Instruction workshops for parents and professionals in both Palm Beach and Martin County. Georgette is a devoted wife, proud mother, enthusiastic grandmother and avid pet lover.
