Trainer Application

Thank you for deciding to become a Registry Approved Trainer. We are so glad to have you. Below you will find all the needed information to complete the process. Once again, we are truly excited to have you onboard.

When applying to become a Registry-Approved Verified Trainer, please submit the following:

  1. A completed and signed Trainer Application form
  2. Copies of all college transcripts
  3. Copies of all current certifications and credentials
  4. A current resume
  5. Two (2) letters of professional reference

Please note that you cannot submit this form online. You must fill it out, print it, sign it, and send it with copies of all documents requested on the Application form.

In addition to submitting a Trainer Application along with the supporting documentation, the applicant must complete required trainings. Therefore, once all documentation is received and processed, you will receive a letter from the Registry instructing you of the next steps to take in order to become a Registry-Approved Trainer.
