Information regarding Trainer Observations

The Quality Assurance department provides technical assistance to trainers to help them develop and hone skills. This process begins with reviewing and providing feedback on the Goal/PACES training design and continues with observations of the trainers in action, facilitating a training. Trainers will be observed periodically by members of the department. Trainers will be asked to complete a self assessment using the Quality Assurance Trainer Observation form shortly after the conclusion of the observed training session. The QA representative and the trainer will meet after the training to discuss the strengths and to brainstorm methods for modifying the training to make it of even higher quality.
