Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry
The mission of the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry is to support a comprehensive approach to career development in the field of early childhood education for the childcare workforce of Palm Beach County.
At the core of the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry is our database, which provides the means to document and recognize achievement in education, training, and professional development for individuals, and informs ongoing community professional development and planning initiatives.

08/05/2010 - Attention Directors: We've added both e-mail and paper versions of the Monthly Staff Turnover Report to the Forms page for your convenience. The e-mail version can be e-mailed without printing or scanning. The paper version can be printed, filled out, signed and faxed (without a cover sheet).
08/04/2010 - We are continuing our move to forms that can be filled out online with the Practitioner Application form. You still have to print it to sign it, but then you can scan it, along with your supporting documents, and e-mail them. You can also fax them.
- ♦ Sending a fax to the Registry is free to you. Look on the Forms page for our new toll-free fax number.
- ♦ Don't fax. If you have a scanner, an e-mail account and Adobe Acrobat, you can scan your paper to an Adobe PDF document and email it to us.
- ♦ We have installed electronic fax-to-email to better serve you. Save your paper while helping us assure your faxes reach their inteded recipient. Don't bother filling out and sending a fax cover sheet. Simply write "deliver to: person's name" at the top of the first page.
- ♦ You are still responsible for checking with the intended recipient to assure your fax has been received.
- ♦ A dirty fax lens smudges your fax and makes it hard to read. Consult your fax machine's user's guide for instruction on cleaning your fax's lens.
