The mission of the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry is to support a comprehensive approach to career development in the field of early childhood education for the childcare workforce of Palm Beach County.
At the core of the Palm Beach County Early Childhood Registry is our database, which provides the means to document and recognize achievement in education, training, and professional development for individuals, and informs ongoing community professional development and planning initiatives.

10/01/2010 - Effective today, Child Care licensing staff will only use the DCF Child Care Training Transcript to validate compliance with mandated introductory training requirements for licensure. Paper copies of those certificates will not be accepted for compliance. If you still need to submit DCF training certificates for placement on your DCF transcript, please see the transcript update form on the Forms and Docs page.

SEEK The SEEK Scholarship Application has been revised, reorganized and streamlined. It can be signed electronically and submitted by e-mail. The paper version has been retired, as the new form can also be printed, filled out in pen, and submitted by fax.

SEEK Please read the updated SEEK Scholarship Policy for Conferences. This important change governs the maximum scholarship award for conferences and what conferences are eligible for a scholarship award. It took effect January 1, 2011.
- ♦ Sending a fax to the Registry is free to you. Our toll-free fax number is listed at the bottom of every page.
- ♦ Don't fax. If you have a scanner, an e-mail account and Adobe Acrobat, you can scan your paper to an Adobe PDF document and email it to us.
- ♦ We have installed electronic fax-to-email to better serve you. Save your paper while helping us assure your faxes reach their inteded recipient. Don't bother filling out and sending a fax cover sheet. Simply write "deliver to: person's name" at the top of the first page.
- ♦ You are still responsible for checking with the intended recipient to assure your fax has been received.
- ♦ A dirty fax lens smudges your fax and makes it hard to read. Consult your fax machine's user's guide for instruction on cleaning your fax's lens.
